Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate our business relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Each party shall return or destroy confidential materials
• We may suspend or terminate your access to our services

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties

• Binding arbitration in Cairo, Egypt

11. Changes to Terms
